STMicroelectronics Introduces Zero-Drift Operational Amplifiers for Industrial, Server, and Telecom Infrastructure Applications
STMicroelectronics, a global leader in semiconductors, today announced a new series of zero-drift operational amplifiers (op amps) designed for industrial, server, and telecom infrastructure applications.
The TSZ151 series op amps offer high accuracy and stability with extremely low offset voltage and minimal temperature drift. They are ideal for sensor interfacing, signal conditioning, and current measurement circuits. The offset voltage of these devices is less than 7 µV at 25°C and remains below 10 µV over the full specified temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
The TSZ151 also features a 1.6 MHz gain bandwidth and 210 μA low power consumption, falling between ST’s 400 kHz TSZ121 and 3 MHz TSZ181, giving designers more choice and flexibility to optimize speed and power consumption.
With an ultra-low maximum input bias current of 300 pA and a minimum operating voltage of 1.8 V, the TSZ151 can be powered from the same rail as other ICs in the system, such as a low-voltage microcontroller. The rail-to-rail input and output help maximize dynamic range.
The TSZ151 series op amps are qualified to AEC-Q100 and are covered by ST’s 10-year longevity plan that guarantees long-term product support.
The TSZ151 is available now in SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages.
