Micro Commercial Components has recently announced the MIF400R065C2TL-BP, a groundbreaking IGBT module that combines two devices into one convenient package. This module, available in the C2 package, sets the standard for rugged performance in the industry.
With its 650 V capability and advanced ultra-fast and soft recovery anti-parallel rectifier, the MIF400R065C2TL-BP offers exceptional reliability for high-power applications. It is particularly well-suited for motor controls, uninterruptible power supplies, welding equipment, and other power-intensive applications. It can withstand junction temperatures of up to 175°C and has a high short-circuit capability of 6 μs.
Equipped with low VCE(sat), IGBT trench technology, and a current rating of 400 A, this component ensures low switching losses, low inductance, and maximum efficiency.
